My story

Do you sometimes feel disconnected from yourself or the people around you? Life can present challenges that leave us feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or stuck. As your therapist, I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you can be your true and authentic self while exploring the struggles you are facing.

I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of evidence-based techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dance and movement therapy, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed practices. This flexibility allows me to tailor each session to your unique needs and goals, supporting you in developing tools for growth, healing, and self-discovery.

With a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and years of experience providing mental health services, I am passionate about helping individuals build resilience and find meaningful paths toward emotional well-being. I believe that every person’s journey is unique, and together, we will work to uncover your inner strengths and create lasting change.

In addition to therapy, I enjoy dancing and traveling. These activities inspire creativity, joy, and new perspectives, which I bring into my therapeutic work to create a more connected and enriching experience for my clients.
