My story
I am a compassionate psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and cultural identity struggles. With a Master’s in Clinical psychology and over eight years of experience in mental health clinics, schools, and private practice, I draw on evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy to provide care that is personalized and effective.
Growing up in India, I witnessed firsthand the gaps in mental health awareness and access. This inspired my commitment to psychoeducation and to making therapy approachable and culturally sensitive. I specialize in working with South Asian and immigrant communities and provide therapy in English, Hindi, and Urdu, ensuring that clients feel truly understood and supported in ways that reflect their lived experiences.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative and warm, offering a safe space to be heard, reflect, and grow. I believe deeply in the transformative power of acceptance and self-discovery, helping clients build resilience and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy creating intricate mandalas, experimenting in the kitchen, and organizing spaces, believing that a clear environment helps foster a clear and calm mind.
