My Story

I am a dedicated psychotherapist focused on supporting individuals navigating various mental and emotional health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. My practice is grounded in harm reduction and draws on evidence-based approaches like trauma-informed care, CBT, mindfulness, and strength-based narrative therapy. Because I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, I work collaboratively with you to create a personalized approach that feels right for your unique story and goals.

Growing up in a society where mental health support was scarce and stigmatized sparked my initial curiosity in this field. This experience fuels my commitment to making therapy accessible, approachable, and culturally relevant. My Master’s in Psychology and experience in hospitals, clinics, and non-profits have deepened my understanding of diverse client needs.

My approach is collaborative, warm, and non-judgmental. I am dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space where you feel heard and empowered to reflect, heal, and grow. I believe in the transformative power of a strong therapeutic alliance to foster resilience and meaningful change.

Beyond my work, my well-being is anchored in life’s simple pleasures: exploring new cuisines, getting lost in a good book, and planning my next travel adventure. These practices remind me that balance is essential for my own well-being and the work I do.
